We are pleased to offer options for our Christian Education opportunities.
We have three adult learning opportunities, youth and children's classes.
If you have more questions or would like to learn more about Sunday morning opportunities contact our Sunday School Superintendent, Linda Miller at the church office. You can also read the Sunday School Brochure.
You can download the Sunday School forms here. Click here for the Youth Form or here for the Childrens' Form. Each quarter our Sunday School program takes an offering for outreach and missions. This Quarter we will be supporting the Hope Garden.
Youth Sunday morning ministries at Dulin explore the foundations of Christian faith and apply it to their daily lives. All youth (middle and high school grades) gather in Room 30 for large group activities and then break into small groups for discussions. Youth Sunday morning ministry groups meet at 9:45am.
Dulin Church has a vibrant children’s Sunday morning ministry. We learn about God’s love and serving God and neighbor through Bible stories, music and games. Children ages 3-Kindergarten meet in the Preschool Rooms. Grades 1-6 meet in the Multipurpose room for a large group opening and then small group games and activities.
The Growing Disciples class meets in Room 12 and uses a systematic Bible study outline to help us grow deeper in faith through study, prayer, discussion and action. For the 2018 – 2019 year, we will use the outline provided by “Disciple IV: Under the Tree of Life.” This study covers the Old Testament Writings (Ruth, 1st & 2nd Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Ecclesiastes, the Song of Songs, and Lamentations) and the New Testament Gospel according to John, the three letters of John, and the Revelation. New members and visitors are welcome at any time.
Join us in the Faith Café each Sunday morning in the Wesley Room, adjacent to the sanctuary 10:00-10:35am.
This is a drop-in class for all adults.
During the season of Lent- March 10-April 14 “Simon Peter- Flawed but Faithful Disciple” by Adam Hamilton
A group led by Rev. Dave Lough, meets from 9:45-10:45am in Room 11 and connects faith and the Bible. We are beginning a very important study titled, Which Way, Lord? Exploring Your Life’s Purpose in the Journeys of Paul by Rob Fuquay, senior pastor of St. Luke’s UMC, Indianapolis, Indiana. As Christians we hunger to know and live out God’s purpose for our lives.
Following the Which Way, Lord?study we will look at the final days of Jesus during the season of Lent with another of Matt William’s excellent video based studies,
The Last Days of Jesus.
Children under the age of 3 are welcome in our Nursery during Sunday School hours.
